AI 1M aids people with severe pain wounds. It allows a dose of 10 mg (20mg), which will generally provide adequate analgesia for 70 kg (154 lb) for adults.

The onset of analgesia is usually within 5 to 20 minutes and the peak of analgesia is achieved in one hour.
